Harris Teeter TRIPLE COUPONS Adventure - 5.16

As I said in my previous post, I'm trying to get back on the horse - of blogging, and serious couponing!

So last week, my ol' friend Harris Teeter had one of its regular TRIPLE COUPON events. Thanks to MyCouponTeacher - I had an excellent list of coupons to cut and what to look for at the store.

Here is what I ended up getting for FREE (about $40 worth of goods!):

2 packs of Yoplait Light with Granola, 2 International Delight Creamers, 2 packs of Mentos gum, 2 Gold Peak Ice Teas, a pack of Jello Temptations snacks, a bottle of Texas Pete Hot Sauce and THREE bottles of Tabasco

Unlike sometimes when you get a lot of free goods, these are all really useful things! Unfortunately, I think yogurt is gross, so I gave those to a friend who is a healthy soul, and gave away a chocolate-y creamer to someone with a sweet tooth.  And lest you think that I have a serious spice addiction, I already gave away 2 of the Tabascos to my spicy friends.

Hello boys.......I'm BAAAAAACK!

After a long hiatus from blogging (yes, 11 months) - I've been feeling inspired this week.  Whether it's the constant (loving) badgering from friends about blogging again, or yet another magical trip to Harris Teeter for Triple Coupons...I don't know.  All I do know is that I'm going to try and blog again, semi-regularly, about saving and making money!  I just have too many crazy schemes in my head to not share with the world!
